Don’t have a name tag? Please put a note in the offering basket and the Newcomer Committee will be sure you get one. Please - everyone - wear your name tag! It makes it so easy to put names and faces together.

If you have visited Church of the Servant and haven't yet filled out a Newcomer Information Form, please print this information card, bring it to church the next time you come, and place it in the offering basket.
