Begun in 1972, Church of the Servant is a community of people from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and lifestyles--gay and straight, married, partnered, and single, some from other denominations and faith traditions, some life-long Episcopalians, some brand new to church or returning to church after a long absence. What we have in common is the search for a deeper, more joyful, and more intentional life and a willingness to pursue that search in the context of the Episcopal Church.
